1. Eligibility and accounts

ViewKey is intended for real estate agents, brokerages, property managers, developers, and their authorized teams. You must provide accurate account and brokerage information and keep your sign-in method secure.

2. Property and scan permissions

You are responsible for having the right to capture, upload, publish, and share property scans, photos, videos, listing details, and related materials. Do not scan private spaces, people, documents, security systems, or personal items without appropriate permission.

3. Buyer viewers

Buyers are anonymous viewers unless they choose to submit contact details or unlock a gated walkthrough. You are responsible for how you use buyer leads and for complying with applicable real estate, marketing, and privacy rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or abusive content.
• Do not use ViewKey to impersonate another agent, brokerage, owner, or buyer.
• Do not bypass link controls, access controls, rate limits, or platform security.
• Do not use ViewKey for public claims that the walkthrough has been independently verified unless ViewKey has confirmed that in writing.

5. Beta availability

Early access features can change, pause, or be withdrawn. Rendering, capture quality, analytics, notifications, and integrations are provided on a beta basis and may not be available for every listing or device.

6. Fees

Indicative pricing is shown on the pricing page. Public self-serve billing is not live yet. Any paid plan, usage limit, or invoice must be agreed with ViewKey before charges apply.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the listing materials you provide. You grant ViewKey the rights needed to host, process, render, secure, display, and improve the service for your account and your share links. ViewKey retains rights to its software, brand, designs, and platform technology.

8. Suspension and removal

ViewKey may pause accounts, scans, or share links to protect users, buyers, property owners, the platform, or legal compliance. You may request removal of your scans or account data by contacting ViewKey.

9. Disclaimers and liability

ViewKey is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ViewKey is not liable for indirect losses, lost commissions, listing errors, buyer decisions, outages, or third-party service failures.
