1. Information we collect

• Waitlist and account details, such as name, work email, phone, brokerage, role, and RERA registration number when provided.
• Property scan and listing data, including labels, addresses, metadata, media files, thumbnails, share links, and rendering status.
• Buyer lead details when a buyer chooses to submit a form or unlock a gated walkthrough.
• Usage and analytics data, such as link opens, dwell time, share actions, device class, IP-derived country, browser, timestamps, and error signals.
• Support and communication records when you contact us.

2. How we use information

We use data to provide the ViewKey service, render and host walkthroughs, secure share links, notify agents of buyer activity, improve capture quality, support users, prevent abuse, and communicate about early access.

3. Buyers and anonymity

Buyers can view share links without creating a ViewKey account. A buyer becomes identifiable to the agent only if they submit contact details or unlock a gated walkthrough.

4. Agent and brokerage responsibility

Agents and brokerages decide what property and buyer data they upload or collect through ViewKey. They are responsible for having permission to process that data and for using buyer leads lawfully.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate ViewKey, including hosting, storage, databases, email, SMS, analytics, and rendering infrastructure. Current providers may include Cloudflare, Google, Resend, Twilio, Runpod, and similar operational vendors.

6. Retention

We keep account, scan, analytics, and lead data while needed to provide ViewKey, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, improve reliability, or protect the service. You may request deletion, subject to operational and legal limits.

7. Security

We use access controls, private share tokens, limited retention where practical, and platform security measures. No online service is perfectly secure, so report suspected security issues to security@viewkey.ai.

8. Your choices

Agents can change notification preferences in the dashboard. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@viewkey.ai.

9. International processing

ViewKey and its providers may process data in countries outside your location. We take reasonable steps to protect data according to this policy.
